Paid for goods which I never received!!!!
I placed an online order 24th of April and my order was split into 2 deliveries. 2 days later I received the 1st part of my order. On the 29th of April I received an email thaty 2nd part of the order gas been handed over to the courier for delivery. I gave not received anything to date!!! I emailed the online order support team 5th of May to follow up and received a call to confirm that someone would look into this matter and get back to me. Since then no calls no order no replies to my email. What a bunch of *******!!! They took my money and now they are ignoring me!!!!

12 May 2022, 14:43I'm not sure who's fooling who but suddenly I get a call advising that my order went from the courier to no longer being fulfilled because the suppliers stock is damaged. Now I have to wait 14 working days for a refund! That's absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable! I want my money back immediately especially since makro has these funds since 24 April. And I'm also not surprised that the call Centre agent who called to give me this info was rude and slammed the phone down in my ear. I want my refund processed immediately.
