paid for goods but not received

on Saturday I went to makro crown mines with my family. the store was so full but I always go there for the specials. when we got to the till I placed the eggs and potatoes on the till and it was paid for only when I got home I released that my stuff was missing . I checked my slip invoice ********** 5 just to make sure that its paid for and it was. I wanted to return to the shop but because I live in south and I had to get transport for my groceries it was difficult to return. im not sure where the cashier and the packer placed my stuff but it was not in my trolley and this is not the first time that my goods did not end up in my trolley. I paid for them and I lost a lot of money . I am not happy
