Paid for but never received

I bought 3 products (couch, milk and designer water) from Makro on the 3rd of November 2024, they kept giving me the run around about delivery. They only delivered the water and marked everything else as delivered. I have been phoning them for a month and a half and the only answer I keep getting is "I'll make a note of it".. They sent a link to review their products that I never received and when I respond that I didn't receive same they said "thanks but we're not publishing your review". I've requested a refund 100s of times but I'm being sent from pillar to post.
