Paid for a repair that failed to deliver

I took my vacuum Genesis Vacuum cleaner to Makro Woodmead for repairs. I got the machine back after paying in R1600 for repairs and the machine still does not work. incompetence at its best.

it is clear to me that the machine was not tested.
