Paid for a product that was never delivered

Good day

On the 20th November 2022 i went to makro in polokwane and couldn't find the laptop i was looking for and was advised to go online. So I went online and found the acer being available at makro riversands. Then on the 23rd I bought it along with the laptop bag and used my sister's address for delivery in Centurion since it didn't allow me to use my home address in tzaneen.

4 days later they delivered the bag only and was told that the laptop will be delivered 2-3 days later. Its been 4 weeks now. Made follow ups with no luck.

The call center seems to be unattended, sent emails with no response and used the whatsapp and am being told the same story over and over again. Please assist as I also hear that for me to get my refund am also going to struggle for months 😫 😢
