Paid for a Product that I never received and given the runaround for 16 days.

Extremely disappointed with the service I've received with MAKRO ONLINE, I placed an order on the 23 March. I have called countless times regarding my product that I've ordered they have been giving me the runaround about the supplier this, supplier that. I was even given a tracking number for RTT but a week later I was told the supplier will personally be delivering my goods. fast forward to the 17th April - I called and asked them to cancel the order because I've waited 16 days for my stuff to be delivered, they agreed but today on the 18th I received a email stating my product has been delivered - I was told they don't know who changed the fulfilment on the system - They can't tell me who signed for the delivery - I haven't received nor signed for any package. I asked for an email stating and proof that I've cancelled and requested a refund but everything is always being escalated. As things stand, Makro has my status as "Completed and Delivered" which is untrue.
