Paid but no Record
I placed and paid for an order online on 31st August 2024 and there is no record of this order anywhere. Not sure how I can gt my money back

07 Sept 2024, 12:15- I did receive a phone call from Makro, which I appreciate, and am happy to report my order was delivered on Friday 6th September (although it still does not appear on their system as an order placed and paid for) thank you for reverting back, appreciated.
