Paid a lot of money for broken glasses and zero service received!

They delivered broken glasses to me,because it was not wrapped. They simply ignore you,keep telling me someone will contact me. It's been almost 3 months. It was expensive wine glasse,I opened the box and it was just pieces of glass everywhere,because no wrapping was used. I frequently buy from other companies with excellent service and WRAPPING! Please be careful with Makro!
