Package not delivered and no communication

I really find this unprofessional I had to spend 2 days following up on my order when its was supposed to be delivered on the 27th of August. Today it’s the 28th and still no delivery. I have called the driver and the call centre and now yesterday my sons birth has been ruined as he didn’t get his present.

I ordered on Monday knowing it will be delivered at the office and don’t have to worry about him seeing it before time and Tuesday I got a confirmation that it will be delivered on Wednesday, but nothing was delivered, and I even stayed until 6 hoping the driver will come but didn’t and no communication.

This service is very bad and unhappy. You guys have ruined my son’s birthday, and I don’t event know how to make it up to him.
