Owe me money!!

I made a duplicate payment to Makro on the 20th of February! To date I have still not received my money back. I have complained on hello Peter before! Sent the issue to Consumer journalist Wendy knowler and Makro still have not even bothered with a response bar the last reply to my hello Peter complaint! Makro have R517.75 of MY MONEY! All proof sent to them that the duplicate payment was made! Over 3 weeks since the order and I called on the same day to tell them my mistake! THREE WEEKS MAKRO HAVE MY MONEY!
