OVERPRICED CARTRIDGES

<p>On the 19 July I bought a replacement HP black cartridge for my HP Officejet Pro 8600 for R849.00 from Makro Vanderbijlpark. I queried the price with the salesman at the time. I then emailed a customer complaint to Makro and was contacted by Jacques Delport who promised to look into the pricing of the cartridge + come back to me. I scourced the cartridge for the price of R530.10 inclusive of vat and at another retailer + at Vaal Mall it was just over R600.00. I have sent Jacques several emails which he has read, but not responded to. I thought it could be just a pricing structure error, Makro I need feedback surely you can do better than that.</p>
