Overdue Refund

I bought a laptops charger online first week of February 2025 and it was delivered 2nd week of February but the charger was not compatible with my laptop and I logged a return on the same day and it was collected on the 18th of February by Courier Guy and I haven’t received any communication from Makro and I’ve been calling them for my refund and it’s excuse after excuse. Tuesday the 11th of March I called again and the lady who picke the called told she will speak to her supervisor and what not and the supervisor will get back to me and none of that happened. I’ll never order anything from Makro again.
