Overdue delivery & Disgraceful customer service

I have a 2 week overdue delivery from and have emailed customer service 3 times with no response regarding the poor service and delay. I wrote a hellopeter review and ******, I received a call from Makro HQ stating what I already knew, "The package was packed" but they don't know why it hasn't been delivered yet, further stating they'll look into it and get back to me. This was last week and still nothing. No further communication. No delivery. This is unprofessional and utterly disgraceful customer service. My money was taken quickly from my bank but a multimillion company cares very little about their customers and gladly takes their money with fulfilling their liability.
