Overdue Delivery

My delivery is 1 week overdue. The delivery date was set at 22 August, and the last communication that I received from Makro regarding my order stated that it was processed. However, when my delivery date came and went, I sent 3 emails to Makro and absolutely no-one attended to my query.

I have bought a number of products from Makro in the past with excellent delivery service and customer care. The customer and unprofessional manner of failing to meet their own set delivery due dates and failing to reach out to the customer regarding the delay, is baffling to me.

May I please receive some feedback and assistance regarding my order. Thanks.
