Overcharged & Defamation of charachter

<p>Good day, as a loyal customer with Makro for years. I've experienced passed saturday 25th March a horrifying moment in store at the till point.</p> <p>Me and my wife, my sister in law and brother went for our normal month end shopping at my Crown Mines store. Especially, for the specials.</p> <p>Were were overcharged, on a special deal. Cherry on top, when we were told by the cashier, packer and the security guard that we've opened a packet of cheesegrillers and ate 1 from the 6 that consist of.</p> <p>When I checked, and told them the ****** bag is sealed with all 6 grillers inside they looked in a different direction. No apologies, no excuses, no sorries, nothing. That's the mentality and attitiude we had. We were embarrased, and humiliated in front of so many customers that was cueing to pay.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm not going to visit, nor suggest any of my business partners nor family to visit any Makro stores ever again.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
