Over R3000 missing from our stockvel account

We opened a stockvel account with makro and have been paying the money with a few ladies last week we went to makro polokwane to get our vouchers only to be told that our money was withdrawn by someone else since then we have been waiting for a correspondence from them . Please don’t save your money with makro especially Polokokwane
