Over promise, under deliver by Makro

Purchased a washing machine 25th Sept 2017, I was promised delivery 29th, it didnt pitch. I had arranged for 7oct, I called twice before and on the day, sales person confirmed and assured me delivery for that exact day Store is closed now and no delivery. I webt to extreme lengths to get someone at my house on two days whom I had to pay for delivery and spent alot of time calling in to the store,terrible service, wont buy there again.
