Over a Month of Waiting For Makro South Africa Order Already Paid For
It's 15 June 2023 today. Over a month ago, I placed a groceries order online, and I'm still waiting for my necessities even though I already paid for my groceries.
What's worse, I'm forced to fork out more money on things I'd have by now if Makro SA would treat their customers as human beings who have paid for their needs to be met timeously.
I'm disappointed in Makro South Africa

A bulk order was placed by Lucricia Beru, on my behalf, around 12 May, and pretty much everything has not been delivered. The order number is MAK***.
My order was split into seven orders, and some items were said to be delivered from other stores. The last delivery to Makro Germiston was to be on 2 June. It's 16 June, and I am still waiting for an order I already paid for and should have by now.
The order was placed with Makro Germiston in South Africa.
It's unacceptable that I should wait nearly two months for my necessities. It has inconvenienced me, and I shouldn't worry about food and toiletries when I already ordered and paid for these things.
I'm also incurring extra expenses because you've forced me to buy what I believed I'd have by now.
I've already seen a bad review from another disgruntled customer claiming they've waited over three months for a refund. This lets me know claiming a refund might not be a route worth taking because of the kind of service we have to endure from Makro South Africa.
Please send my order. I'm not rich enough to cushion myself against this level of customer service.
