OVER 2 WEEKS AND STILL NO DELIVERY!
I ORDERED A DEFY AIRCON ONLINE ON THE 11 OCTOBER 2015. TILL NOW I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE IT.<br> AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS TO YOUR CALL CENTRE, AND SPEAKING TO CINDY, SARISHA AND THABISO.I HAVE RECIEVED NOTHING BUT EMPTY PROMISES AND NO AIRCON. I HAVE REQUESTED ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY IF THE ITEM IS NOT DELIVERY BY MONDAY 27/10/2015. I WANT A REFUND. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE HOW WE HAVE TO FOLLOW UP WITH MAKRO EVERYTIME. I AM SO NOT IMPRESSED!
