Outsting order from the 23rd of April - Awaiting Payment!!
Placed my order on the 23rd. From then it is still showing awaiting payment. Client centre only tell you that they will make it urgent matter and escalate it and they will give feedback. After numerous emails and phone calls, we are now on the 1st of May and still struggling with the this so called urgent matter and escalation that my order is STILL ON AWAITING PAYMENT. I only can give a 5 star rating to Phindile from customer care who assisted me on Saturday, the rest i will rate negative
I dont know if i will ever order from them again!!

02 May 2024, 13:10And another 24hours has past after i did send my bank statement for proof of payment. The query was send through to Financial Departments and still as urgent.
So tomorrow will be the 3rd of May (Friday) it means i will propably get my order 2WEEKS after I ordered and pay if everything goes well
