Outstanding service from Carnival Online Manager

I'd like to share my appreciation for Banele Tshabalala, the online manager from Makro Carnival, who helped me get my refunds from the NIGHTMARE that is Makro Marketplace. The call centre, dispatch/receiving are seriously incompitent but Banele went above and beyond to make sure that I eventually received my refunds. She's really excellent at her job and I hope that she gets compensated for all her hard work
