On the 24th May 2019. I went to Makro Woodmead to make purchases and buy Dstv package. I was fortunate to helped by Ms Lynn Moloi. She was professional, efficient, welcoming and to top it up she went extra mile on rendering me the most exceptional service. She made me feel at home. With a big smile and patience i believe is her strong affluence. If RSA retail would hire people like Ms Lynn Moloi who are dedicated and understanding customer needs and putting Batho pele Principles ahead of anything else will have happy consumers ever.
