Outstanding service

I live in a remote little town so online shopping is my best option. 2 days ago I decided to purchase a few tools from Makro online (first time buying from Makro online). The order was easy to process but doing the EFT was a bit tricky so I called their customer service and spoke to a friendly man named Ashton Feldman. He calmly guided me through the process and everything went through smoothly. Now the purchase and banking was done on Tuesday, Wednesday I received an email saying my purchase was ready for delivery and to expect it within the next 2 - 5 days. I was hopefully expecting my stuff to arrive on Friday but realistically knowing it was only going to arrive next week so you can imagine my surprise when they delivered my stuff TODAY!! Thank you Makro for the most impressive service I have ever experienced, outstanding customer service. This is one experience I will be telling my friends about.
