OUTSTANDING SERVICE
After 2 years of frustration in getting either quotes or orders finalised at Makro Strubensvalley, I was pleasantly surprised on Tuesday 1st Dec when I encountered, what has for me been the most exemplary service that I have ever experienced in any business dealings with anyone in SA! The Perishable Manager was ill and Steven Khumalo was assigned to my order - the order was for Wednesday morning so he effectively had one day to pull it off and I wasn't expecting much save for the usual excuses and delays, etc . From early on Tuesday morning he was in contact with me keeping track of every delivery that had come in calling me as soon the particular stock was off loaded and set aside
