Outstanding refunds for headboard
I am still awaiting a refund of the headboard I bought in April,then returned it as it was not in a good state. Out of 4 items I returned they refunded me 3. I have been sending emails reminding them about the outstanding balance. At this i feel that they are enjoying sending customers from pillar to post. This is another reminder that I want my money. I am disgusted with the way they handled this matter.

08 Jul 2025, 12:12I will unfortunately do not such thing,why must I send my bank statement to an anonymous person?
I have stated that out if 4 items I bought 3 items were refunded .
I will send you the refund quite from you finance team but not my bank statement. You must then send me something that says I was refunded,send that proof before I escalate the matter to small claims. I will not lie and say I did not receive the money when I did,R1679.00 that is what I am missing . Please refund me
