Outstanding refund
My name is Makgotso I did an online order on makro for Stationary everything else was delivered except for 1 order which was for pencils as it was canceled due to unavailability, my order was delivered on the 18th of December to date I have not received my refund of R158,I am really disappointed in the service they have given me, I have sent numerous emails to their support and have not received a single acknowledgement or response, I await your urgent response, my number is ***
