Outstanding Refund
In June 2025, I placed an order which I cancelled on the same day after realizing that I had entered the incorrect delivery address. The order was successfully cancelled; however, I have not received the full refund due to me. For the past eight months, I have been attempting to resolve this matter without success. I have not been given a clear explanation for the delay nor a definitive timeline for resolution. This level of service is extremely disappointing.
