Outstanding Refund

I placed an order for R1312.65 however some items were not delivered which i assumed they were out of stock. I was not informed like always that some items were out of stock and that i will be refunded. I check my invoice and that is when i realised that the amount I paid was more than the invoiced amount. I reached out to Makro via email and saw told that the matter would be escalated to the branch but i have still not received my refund. I was invoiced for R1054.46 but to date Makro is still mum about my refund
