Outstanding Order

Do not order from makro online, I placed an order on the 20th of December and the app stated that it would be ready for collection on the 23rd, I arrived to collect the order and my order was split between two different stores, a manager by the name of Bonita who stated my order would be delivered by the 24th, the order was delivered. The courier company tried to collect three times since, I've spent over R250 in airtime trying to resolve this, everytime I'm being told it will delivered. I requested a refund and presume it will never be issued. I will now just report them to the ombudsman because no one is assisting.
