Outstanding delivery

I placed an order on the 28th June and it was supposed to have been delivered in 3 parts. The first 2 orders were delivered however I still have an outstanding delivery. When I called them they said it shows that it was delivered on Tuesday night but I didn't receive it. The lady said she will escalate and they will be in contact with me but still nothing. Please be careful when ordering from Makro market place
