Outstanding customer service

I would like to complement one of your staff members that assisted us yesterday when we were doing grocery shopping for Mandela day. Sphamandla was called by one of the telesales ladies to assist us. It was a lot of grocery to get, but what I appreciate about Sphamandla was the fact that he energetic and friendly throughout the whole experience of getting grocery. I honestly appreciate the energy and the attitude of that young man. To top it all even after we had paid he waited for our driver to arrive and helped us pack staff into our car. The guy was literally sweating because it was really a lot, but the energy and the attitude of that young man , made me enjoy shopping at Makro Woodmead. In that as well let me acknowledge the excellent customer service i received from Grace Hlongwane as she was assisting me get a new lost card.
