Being a Black Friday weekend, stores packed and workers tired from the long day being on their feet.

It was a absolute delight being assisted by Percy. His friendly and professional manner, placing a customer needs above giving an excellent service. I was there inquiring off stock on two specials. He reply want there is none, but checked the system to see if there was any before responding and looking for them as the system showed stock. I command the way he works and customer delivery. His colleague in the camping department can learn from him.
