Outstanding Customer Service

Today I went to exchange a few items at Makro Alberton I had bought yesterday, I had an upsetting experience with the supervisor at the bulk section and had told myself I was never buying from Makro again, but Mr David a supervisor from the main entrance of the store went an extra mile and made sure my issue was sorted, escorted me to wherever I needed to go to get help and by so doing made sure I left the store with a smile on my face.It's good to see some people still make customer service a priority.
