OUTRAGIOUS BAD SERVICE FROM MAKRO CARNIVAL AND TEVO

MAKRO CARNIVAL AND TEVO IS ONE BIG DISSAPOINTMENT TO DEAL WITH... Sent my unit is 3 weeks ago, it has only been assessed now, and with the unit being only 4 months old, i was rejected a refund and credit... Is this the service that is being given to the public??? I Have treated my unit as per the booklet, as i look after every unit i have.. This is absolutely Astonishing that a supplier and retail store treat a customer with such disrespect., i had to keep calling to get some sort of communication. No feedback was given until now. i will defn ensure that NO-ONE Ever buys from Makro Carnival, or ever Purchase a Bennet Read unit.
