Outrageous service delivery from Makro

Purchased a fridge on line on the 26th November, the whattsup chat sent me to Dawn Wing logistics, for a week I've been phoning them, today I get told it's with Value Logistics, I am unable to get hold of them and phoning Makro they take forever to answer. I will never buy on line from Makro again. This is ludicrous and I feel cheated out of my hard earned cash.
