Out of stock product and refund delayed

I made n online purchase for the item that is out of stock now I need my money to buy else when but when I check my online account I can see the refund has been processed but will be deposited on my account on the 3rd of December I cannot wait that long is not my problem they didn't have stock and never marked the item out of stock I need to buy the product elsewhere they should refund my money immediately
