"Out of stock" - nearly a month after taking my money

I ordered a keyboard urgently needed for ergonomic / health reasons, on 30 November. They took my money - R1280 - and nothing further. Today I received an email to say they are out of stock - nearly a month later - and that it will take up to 10 days for the refund to reflect. I have now missed out on another Black Friday offer - and they have sat with my money for more than a month. Disgraceful. If you don't have stock, do not list an item for sale!
