Out of Stock Forever

I visited Makro Strubens Valley on 27/08/2015 to purchase a braai stand which was on special. The sales rep (Senzo) said it was out of stock but would be receiving more during the week and would inform me when the stock arrives. I had not heard anything by Friday and decided to call the shop myself. I was told they had one unit in receiving and I could come and collect it. I told the rep I'd be in Saturday morning. <br> I arrived on Saturday and was told the braai stand had already been sold and the model has been discontinued so they would not be able to get another one for me. <br> I was offered the demo unit at a discounted price which I agreed to take. Upon disassembling the unit to package it the sales rep dropped the ash catching tray bending it at which point he told me it was \already like that"even though I had inspected it for damage before agreeing to purchase it.<br> I decided to leave the unit and take my business elsewhere."""
