Out of stock and terrible sales staff

<p>Hi visited the Cape Gate store and spoke to Mark Klassen re the Samsung Galaxy S2 Tablet that was on promotion for R7999 only to find out that there was no stock available and stock was supposed to have arrived in early January and never did. I have phoned and left numerous messages for Mark to update me on when they will be expecting stock, and i have received no feedback. The promotion ends tomorrow, the 27th January 2017. How can Makro advertise items as promotional and then not have stock of the items. I sincerely hope that somebody can assist me in establishing when stock will be delivered and whether i would be able to purchase the item at the promotional price.</p>
