Out of stock and No service

I was there on Wednesday last week and I wanted to buy the 5 boxes of creations choco chino ****ins but according the female manager there is no stock! I asked her when they getting in and she made a call and said Friday stock was coming in so I said so the stock will be in on Friday (Last week) so she said no she can't guarantee so I said you just said the stock's coming in on Friday to which she again said yes but can't guarantee it'll be there????? This doesn't make sense!!!!! I said well phone and hear if it's going to be here to which she took my numbers and said she'll find out and phone me!! It's Monday and this woman didn't bother!!! I bet she even threw the number away!!! Pathetic service on a manager's part!!! Also NO stock of the big bags of jelly tots that's also on special!!! Why have special with NO stock??!! Then you have the trolley boys as you come out the store who eagerly want to push the trolley, told him I don't have a car, I'm taking taxi but if he wants to help he can to which by surprise he said you have to pay me!!!! OMG!!! As if I wasn't going to but to actually have him tell me I must pay him!!! Shoo Makro never ceases to amaze!!! Tanya ***
