On the 26/09/15 i went to Makro Ottery the 5 for a R100 Melrose 250g. The gentleman in that department had no clue what I was talking about I explained and he said no stock and walked away. I spoke to a supervisor that took my number and said they will call me on Monday 30/09/15 which they never did and when I called them on the 01/10/15 the manager said nothing he can do only give me a better price. Is that customer service.
