Out of stoc****

I went to Makro Wonderboom Sunday 26 November, to purchase the HD pvr decoder they were running on promotion for R1499 inlcluding installation. When I got there they told me they were out of stock! I said this is unacceptable because it is "bait marketing" according to the CPA. But since they can't give me a similar product or beter at the same price because that is the best of it's kind and because I could sort of understand that due to black Friday they were sold out I was looking for solutions rather than trouble. I suggested that I would pay so long for the product on the promotion price and when they receive new stock that I would collect the product and service. The manager, mrs P Singh treated me badly and with a cheecky attitude and wanted nothing of me and my suggestion. The CPA stipulates that if you run a special you should make sure you have enough stock and if not you must accomodate the customer in some other means or way. Not just show him the door!! If Makro's top management will be willing to accomodate me in this matter I will change my review and give a beter rating!
