Out of SLA delivery

I have place an order for SKULLCANDY Rail Earphones on 2017/10/17, but till today I haven't received them. The turn around time for a delivery as specified on their website, its 21 calendar days. After several phone call I made to them I was promised that they will be delivered on the 14th of Nov which is today, but when I call to confirm delivery they are giving me a lots of stories again. I spoke to Jim, Sibusioso, Lerato, Rethabile, Sara and Alex who is the Manager during my follow ups till today. I will never ever use Makro's online system.
