Our Stokel money is awol

I am very disappointed with the way our stokvel has been handled by Marko Vaal. We made payment and had even created our own spreadsheet and carried all proof of payment to collect our cards. We were meant to have been paid by November but still today we are being given a run around by the accounting person who has not allocated our payment correctly. We saved with trust that we will be paid on time now we don't even know if and when we will be paid. Very disappointing
