ORIGINAL Samsung Charger R949 not working anymore

I understand the item is older than one year, but it was very expensive. I expect it to last longer than my phone. Now the 65w C-port does not charge my phone anymore, so clearly I wasted my money on a "Original" Samsung charger. And apparently your whatsapp cannot pick up my order. Service is worst than **** if you ask me. Once I get assisted my review might change. This same review will be posted on Hello Peter too.
