ORDERS NOT RECEIVED

I am highly disappointed by Makro's service on online orders: I havr an order that I processed on the 19th of November and 20 November but up until now 1 order has been packed and the other has been packed from the 2nd of December until now, my delivery was supposed to arrive on the 7th of December however we are approaching a month without my orders, contacted Makro and they advised to have a back log however this was not communicated via email on delays of orders, Am going home for the festive season but I don't have my headboard and Air cooler.
