Ordered. Paid for goods. And still No Delivery after 7 working days!!

I bought a DSTV Explora on the 22nd of November and also paid for delivery. I still haven't received my Explora. I am beyond angry now!!! It took less that 1 minute to deduct money from my account now I have to be chasing you guys to deliver my things! You are taking the joy out of buying this for my family!! This so pathetic!! Having your family asking you about the DSTV and the daily admin i have to do by calling Makro in between a busy worikng day!
