Ordered over a month ago, still waiting. No communication, no feedback.

I ordered a product on the 25th of April 2020 and was packed on the 27th of April 2020. I'm still waiting for my order; it is longer than a month now. No calls, no mail or any response. If you want feedback you have to call and, just receive empty promises. I will surely not use your online services every again, and just make use of Takealot. Never in my life I received this type of horrible service before. I've request a refund, but no feedback what so ever.
