Ordered Online - Paid - Still No Delivery - No Communication from Makro

I am extremely irritated at the service from Makro Online.

I ordered and paid for the following on Black Friday the 24th of November 2017 -

I called the following numbers - ********** and ********** - I have also emailed - ********** I was told that my order would take 48 hours. 48 hours came and went. I called on Monday the 27th of November - Online call centre agent says she will follow up and call back - but it actually takes 4-5 days. Which means it should have been ready on the 28th. I called again several more times....Spoke to Gift and David both said they would call me back to let me know what the problem is. Or they say they have no idea what is going on. No call centre agent ever calls back - what is going on with customer service ?????????????

I would like a manger from Makro head office to contact me - this is disgusting service from Makro, especially after spending R11,398.
