Ordered online

Well I ordered online then they decided to deliver my order in lenasia while im in mpumalanga now they refused to deliver even to refund me and to cancel my order till today they have been telling me same old story that they escalating yesterday they said my order is with value logistics but when i call value logistics they say they dont have my order with them
